Summary¶
Dashboard Development & Self-Service Features¶
- Forecast overview dashboard rebuild in progress (will look different due to technical constraints)
- New dashboard requests: counterpart exposure by bank, weekly APAC-to-Zurich cash movement, IC payments monitoring
- Self-service expanding: new filters at component level, Bank Account Management page with category mapping editing
- Forecast overview split into three separate pages with forward-looking filters
CapEx Categorization & Intercompany Challenges¶
- No easy mass reallocation from existing suppliers to CapEx costs — manual recategorization required
- Vendor name inconsistencies in master data creating matching issues
- Priority entities for CapEx: Kenya (high activity), Korea (urgent timeline), Sweden (new store opening)
- IC funding: separate view needed for CapEx funding (entities can't pay back short-term)
- Cash pool setup complications in Singapore
- $8M payment failure in Canada went unnoticed by local team
Regional Expansion & User Access¶
- Treasury team structure: 3 regional contacts (APAC, Americas, EMEA)
- Scheduled PDF reports planned for regional finance teams (weekly balance, trends, forecasted balance)
- Reduce training burden vs current Kyriba system requiring extensive ongoing sessions
- Entity-level access control being built to expand beyond Treasury to regional finance teams
Next Steps¶
- Rodrigo: Test counterpart exposure dashboard creation
- Giannis: Complete forecast overview rebuild
- Team: Design weekly IC payment monitoring for APAC-Zurich transfers
- Schedule dashboard review for next week's call
