  • What they do: Submit requests to Palm team for custom report builds
  • Why: No self-service capability to build own reports

  • What they do: Take screenshots of dashboards and email to stakeholders
  • Why: No scheduled publishing capability

Workday ERP Reconciliation

  • What they do: Wait for Workday ERP to complete reconciliation before trusting categorization
  • Why: Bank statement memo text is too unreliable for accurate categorization
