Reporting is in a strong position — core self-service capabilities are solved. Remaining gaps are about distribution and regional access.
Top Priority (Confirmed — partially solved)¶
1. Create and modify cash reports independently with self-service capabilities - Sources: ON, Personio (Confirmed) - Current status: Solved — Report Creator shipped and in use - Why it matters: ON: "Instead of waiting a day for you building a dashboard for us... just putting it ourselves." Self-service was the primary ask and it's delivered.
2. Share cash visibility with regional treasury teams - Sources: ON (2 sessions) (Confirmed) - Current status: Partial — reports exist but access control and scheduled distribution missing - Why it matters: ON wants to give Palm access to ~10 regional finance contacts across APAC, Americas, EMEA. ON: "Can we help them care and give them more information so they get more interested in it too." This is the path to enterprise expansion — more users per customer. - Blocked by: Access & Entitlements domain (entity-level permissions needed)
3. Track investments, FX exposure, and cash concentration by bank - Sources: ON, Personio (Confirmed) - Current status: Partial — basic reporting works, Slack integration and multi-currency incomplete - Why it matters: The bridge between cash visibility and investment decisions. Treasurers need to see concentration risk across banks and currencies.
